Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
4. Prices on romeshoppinguide.com are per hour, up to a maximum of four people, unless otherwise specified.

5. All prices use the Euro as currency.

6. Price quotations and service details are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

7. Prices do not include tips/gratuities to drivers or local guides; and any beverages or food not specifically stated on the personal correspondence with romeshoppinguide.com.

Cancellations
8. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.

9. Cancelling a booking with Rome Shopping Guide will result in cancellation fees being applied by Rome Shopping Guide, as outlined below. In the event of cancellation here below the conditions and cancellation policies that apply:
- For cancellations received in writing 8 weeks prior your expected tour there is a 100% refund of the total sum sent.
- For cancellations received in writing 30 days before there is a 75% refund of the total sum sent.
- For cancellations received in writing until 7 days before there is a 50% refund of the total sum sent.
- There are NO refunds for cancellations received 7 days or less before the tour date.
- There are NO refunds for cancellations received on the day before, on the day of or after the tour date. The client is charged for the full cost of the service booked.
- There is NO refund in case of bad weather. In case of bad weather we can change the schedule and the itinerary of the tour to adjust it to the weather, but we cannot cancel the tour.
Refunds are wired back by bank transfer at guests' expenses.

10. Upon completing your booking you will receive, via email, a Rome Shopping Guide confirmation e-mail.

Passports, Visas & Insurance
11. Rome Shopping Guide strongly recommends that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, many policies will reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances will Rome Shopping Guide or its agents, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of romeshoppinguide.com regardless of the form of action.

Rome Shopping Guide and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.

Furthermore, Rome Shopping Guide and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, and government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond its control.
